ATTENTION PATIENTS

Our clinic will be closed the mornings of January 14th and 15th, 2025 to undergo training on our new Electronic Medical Records software. We appreciate your patience as we become familiar with a new system that we are confident will allow us to continue to provide the highest standard of care going forward.
Some future changes to have on your radar as we transition:​
- Appointment reminders will now be sent to you via email or text message; you can indicate your preference to our front staff, or choose to opt out if you prefer.
- We will be transitioning from Brightsquid to Ava Connect for all secure messaging needs; we will provide further instructions as they become more relevant.

If you require care during our training time you can make use of our After Hours Clinic made available by our Primary Care Network by calling 811 and indicating the name of your family physician. For any emergent needs please call 911 or proceed to your nearest emergency department as usual.
Our phone lines will re-open at 1:00pm on each of the training dates listed above.
